Removed expensive outsourcing model that was in place.
Developed high performance team for IT and instilled a “service first” model into the group.
Expanded the group in a low-cost model to support Europe, Russia, Africa and Middle East, and developed a team in USA to support that group.
Put a Steering Committee structure in place to bring the business units into IT’s plans and decisions. All executives involved.
IT became an enabling force within the company allowing for growth while maintaining costs.
